CRMT Solutions was founded by President and general manager Kendall Wood. Kendall’s experience in the simulation design arena started in early 1999 when assigned to create simulations for Spokane Community College pre-employment programs in Spokane, Washington. From 2000 through 2004, his services were contracted out by a company called CMIST (Customer Management Interactive Simulation Training). During this time, he helped program and design custom and packaged simulations for multiple educational facilities.
CRMT Solutions' mission and purpose has been to produce a more affordable solution on a scale-able and more robust platform that would be budget and trainer friendly to industry wide contact centers. By creating modular code for rapid simulation development, CRMT Solutions aims to be an industry first for affordable customized simulation training.
